All shipments of D-9 products, including beverages and gummies, will require an Adult Signature at delivery. This policy helps us meet evolving legal requirements and ensures our products are delivered safely and appropriately.
Shipments requiring an adult signature for delivery will be attempted by the carrier (UPS or USPS). If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We’re happy to offer one complimentary reshipment, but we kindly ask that you contact us to confirm your shipping details before we send it out again.
Any additional reshipments after the first will incur standard shipping fees.
