All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, whether items are opened or unopened. All payments made are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by the company at its sole discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing us at shop@ayrloom.com. Please note that any orders already processed prior to the cancellation of a subscription cannot be canceled.

We kindly ask that you double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you have any issues with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at shop@ayrloom.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
