now that Metrc has been fully implemented in New York, we have established the following updated return procedure to ensure compliance:

• we are only able to accept physical returns for items that are unopened + non-defective.
• to schedule a pickup, retailers must complete the ayrloom return form.

• all physical returns must be transferred back through Metrc using a valid Metrc tag.

For defective or damaged items:

• please complete the Ayrloom Return Form for review.
• once reviewed + approved, a credit will be issued.
• these items cannot be physically returned + must be disposed of by the retailer.

please note: Expired products are not eligible for return or credit.
